Custom Graphic Design - Scene

The following can be developed use actual photo or cartoon graphic design or flash. Scene of a person ("customer") standing at a store counter facing a store clerk holding a package behind their back. The person ("customer") at the counter will have their back facing the viewer so it appears he is hiding the package from the store clerk. Image of Person standing at a counter with their back facing the monitor or viewer. The Persons' hands will be behind their back, in their hands will be a package. There will be a "call-out" from the Person with the message: "Maybe it got stolen? I paid for it now give me a new one". In front of the Person will be an image of a "store clerk" facing the Person standing at counter with a suspicious facial impression. Size of graphic unknown, but please visit [login to view URL], you will notice picture of people on index page and to the right text. This image you design will replace this area. It would be ideal to design graphic so it can be sized without distorting quality. Please feel free to ask any questions via RAC message. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
