J2ME - Java Mobile - Image / Picture Editor or Application

I require a J2ME/Java Mobile programmer who is able to develop a small application that uses and manipulates images/pictures from the phone. The application is basic and should not be that complicated to create from an experienced coders perspective. I am interested in a few small features to work with the picture/image and then be able to resave or save as a different image file. ## Deliverables I require a J2ME/Java Mobile programmer who is able to develop a small application that uses and manipulates images/pictures from the users phone. The application is basic and should not be that complicated to create from an experienced coders perspective. I am interested in a few small features to work with the picture/image and then be able to resave as the same file, or save-as a different named image file. The Project Summary: The application is a small java program for mobile phones that takes any picture or image from the handset's folders and is able to place 'thought bubbles/captions' on them. Once done, the user can re-save the file to the phone, or choose another name to save-as. The Project: Details: The user can choose from a few different types of pre-made or blank 'thought bubble/captions' to use. If they choose a blank bubble, they can enter text that they wish to use within the bubble. The text is placed within that bubble image and placed on the picture. If it is a pre-made bubble (with text already in it) that is placed on the picture ready for use. At this point, the user is able to move the bubble around and place it where he/she wishes (so that it does not cover heads, etc...If it is possible, perhaps they can resize the bubble to fit within their needs?) When the bubble is placed where they wish to save it, they can save the file and rewrite the original image or re-save it as a new filename in the handsets image folder. Please let me know your thoughts on how this project is best developed.
