I Need An Autosurf Program Built

I need an autosurf program to be developed and placed in a sub domain of my website for my users. This autosurf program will work along side of my regular website. Once I have chosen the Coder and a price has been agreed upon I will go into further details about the specifics of the program. The concept is what will make this autosurf program thrive and that targeted market is in need of this type of program. However, I am looking for a standard type of autosurf program that has; * Automatic Signup by the Surfer * Surfer self Administration Capabilities * Add A User Website Features For The Surfer * History Tab * Referral Tab * Auto Cash out Processing To The Payment Processor * Credit Conversion to Cash Tab * Upgrade Capabilities (Surfer’s Ability to purchases Upgradeable Units) * Database to support this program * IP Address Identification (capturing) Again, this is just the shell of the project but it is your basic autosurf type of program. **_You must have working examples, of work like this, that you have completed in the past._** This project is no more important than any other project on this site the only difference is, it’s mine and I want to work with a creative and talented programmer(s) that can do this project justice.
