Program evaluating wav, mp3 and other audio formats similarly to the current product version that is able to evaluate midi format and some wav formats

Need programmer with a sound, acoustic, music background to a) write code for the evaluation of wav, mp3 and other popular audio formats similarly to the current version that is able to evaluate midi format and some wav formats (see [[login to view URL]][1] website for more details), and b)complete White Box Testing of the current BETA GigEvaluator program by offering a list of specific suggestions for (1) ensuring this product is robust and (2) improving and /or further expanding the capabilities and/or performance of this new product. GigEvaluatorTM provides instantaneous audio, visual feedback and an official, printed report of your music performance proficiency for a Gig that either you just performed live or have recorded previously. It evaluates overall performance, tempo, timing, rhythm, timing-staccatto, rhythm-staccatto and volume deflections. ## Deliverables 1. Project Deliverables by Coder to Buyer: 1.1 Sign Agreement with Buyer including protection and ownership of Intellectual Property of Buyer and as it may be developed by Coder (such Agreement will be provided to programmer upon final selection) 1.2 Provide feedback and finalize program architecture / product specifications (see below) with Buyer (owner of this new product) with respective completion dates 1.3 Develop program using source code that is preferably C++ (code must written from scratch; no free module must be used unless approved by Buyer; security is most important through the code). 1.4 Provide working prototype of program concept, including prototype screens 1.5 Provide working prototype of complete program 1.6 Debug program remotely (not online) 1.7 Download program and complete program testing online 1.8 Debug program per client suggestions and/or raised issues 1.9 Deliver completed program and product to Buyer 1.10 Buyer evaluates program and provides Coder with bugs and/or issues requiring satisfactory resolution 1.11 Coder resolves issues per item 2.8 to Buyer’s satisfaction and delivers final product to Buyer including supplied source code which must include complete, commented source code, a compiled executable and Junit tests (unit testing). 1.12 Buyer pays Coder per original agreement (70% of total fee) 1.13 Coder provides customer support for three (3) months to resolve any product related issues etc. 1.14 Buyer pays Coder per original agreement (30% of total fee) 1) Complete fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program based on code that is capable of very, very fast and complex mathematical computations.
