Tool that add several Php flux and create a php site

What I want : - a tool that add together several xml flux, user friendly and easily customised - management of the videos by categories, size, interests, top 10 - management of the customer : account, email + weekly digest of the new videos, -management of the webmasters that may propose this tool ## Deliverables What I want -Complete management of the categories : I've already created a board where I sum up all the existing catgories: sometimes I melt them, in this case I do not want to see the same video twice -Complete management of the tool : the customer should be able to decide the categories he wants to show The user should be able to -rewrite the title and the description of the videos -show his/her customer(s) the sponsor(s) / the category/ies of his/her choice -decide the number of videos shown per page (3 to10) -personnalize the meta tags of each categories -build his/her own simple template in a few clic, or edit the php data to add its own design --> in a nuttshell, this tool should be a tool for each one : the newbie as well as the profesionnal What should be automatic -daily building of the pages with the new videos published by each sponsor : title, description, pictures, keywords -building and renewal of the htacess for the url rewriting Furthermore this tool should -Be optimise for url rewriting -Record of the researched keywords : cloud of tags + top ten of the most wanted keywords -Show the top ten of the most downloaded videos ever for each account and each category -Include a research tool to find the desired video(s) -Include Awstats -Show statistics for each sponsors : number of time the video has been show, clicked, bought, through graphics or boards depending on the willing of the webmaster -Be optimised to consume as few ressources and bandwith as possible -Insert division in the categories -Propose a blacklist tool to forbide some sensitive keywords : the customer should be able to decide the one he wants to erase -Allow the customer and the webmaster to classify the videos regarding their size, length, date, topic -Record the customer desires in a cookie -On the page dedicated to a video, the tool should show the videos linked to the one the customer wants to buy + an history of the videos he has checked : -customer that have bought this video also bought ... -list of the videos you have checked today / since the last time -the customer should be able to tick the video and to keep them the time of its session in a cookie if he wants to download them later --> I want to have something similar to the system Amazon has developed for its own store. -allow the customer to become a member of the site : give him some points for each comments he has made on the video (create a profile on the site) -create some filters that will disallow the unproper messages : zoophile, casino / viagra like, pedophile.. -create a newsletter interface : the customer that wants it may be able to receive a daily / weekly digest of the new videos published in its desired category, with the adress of the webmaster site in it --> the tool should create automatic weekly newsletter with the sum up of the new videos : description + pictures by categories + send them to the customer with my id --> Database with the data of the customers : may also be used to send some highly targeted advertising --> keep the access open -Personnalisation of the name of the database to sum several categories of different sponsors -RSS flux of the last videos -Create a template tool for the customer to integrate the tool in his own site with his colours : personnalise the colour of the menus, the titles, texts, around the pictures, the background -keep the entire site in a cage: I shall move it without losing anything from an hoster to another and without haveing to install everything again -The script should be open for additional sponsor in the future -The script should be encoded with a tool like zend optimizer, for it not to be duplicated -The script should show at random 10% of the videos with my id -The script should show for each sponsor the number of videos online for the webmaster to choose between them -Add a link for each sponsor with my id in it, for the webmaster to suscribe to their offers with my id as a referer : the webmaster should be able to give its id + a tracker for each sponsor -Allow the webmaster to change its ID for each sponsor : if he creates a new account for example -Create a board that sum up the content and the price of each member area : number of pictures, vidéos, liveshow (yes/no), free trial (yes/no) : I've already create it in an excel file, you'll have to translate it in php.
