Add features to openlayer map

I have a map which is displayed in a webapp, the map is a geojson file which was done on Qgis. When displaying the map I do not use a image, it is drawn purely through the geojson file and the same file is also in js. I have used open-layer 2 up until now. I have now a larger map, so I need to add some features, which I see are on openalyers 4. As the map is large, I need to add buttons to auto zoom in on part of the map. Be able to follow an indoor vehicle on this map, but clicking there name from a drop down menu. Be able to type into a search box a location and it will auto zoom to that location. I need the speed of the map moving, loading, zoom in and out to be faster. It will reside on a very fast server, the map size is 856KB in size. Input a location name and it will auto zoom to the location (example: [login to view URL] ) Example of feature I need to go to a section of the map: [login to view URL]
