If you are not experienced with Google Adsense, this job is not for you. Please read all of the tasks on the list before you bid on the job and look over the website. If we chat, you must be able to discuss your ideas for the re-design of the site. You must also be able to do php coding on the other tasks on the list. I will not be giving you my ideas for the re-design. You should have some of your own to sell me on. The job will be awarded to someone in the $80 to $120 bid range, so be competitive in your bidding.

1. Menu - change the menu style, also drop-down items are revealed when hovering and not when clicking. 2. We can add a strip (logo - menu) 3. Change the banner (it's terrible quality) Maybe even make a slider of several slides 4. It would be nice to make circles with effects when hovering 5. Pictures in the blocks under "Your Vote Is Your World" must be changed, it's terrible, you can immediately add an adsense 6. Futher slightly reduce 7. Choose fonts 8. In the blog under the articles we add the adense (under each article of the blog) 9. We remove the black strip from above or make it light and informative (for example, in addition to the e-mail, you can transfer links to log in / register) To begin with, I'll be glad to cooperate!
