Hello, Jack. My name is Evgeny. I am currently busy with automation of a realestate agency. They have 15 phone numbers to which customers call them, calls get routed to realtors. there is a requirement to keep the history and also realtors can do SMS-chat with customers from within the application. And personally I have a food delivery business with CallCenter, so I know how the call center operates. As you say the price will really depend on what exactly the final requirements are going to be.
