Need to develop a web application and mobile compatible for sales target achievement tracking for sales persons and their managers. Features : 1. Targets achievement vs incentive in a dashbaord accordingly. Our sales cycles are monthly, quarterly and yearly. 2. Mobile application - email authentication based to track the same. 3. Managers should be able to track the achievement percentage / deficit percentage based on their employees / geographies. 4. Targets and achievement on Total sales volumes, Sales units - Product wise. 5. Notifications be sent to Employees and managers on set timelines regarding the achievement percentage and deficit sales volume to be covered. - Notifications via Email, SMS and Mobile Push application. 6. Provision for resigning of employees, managers - deaccessing the same. 7. Provision to announce flash sales incentives on a timely basis and their achievement %.
