Agent Recruitment Management system, provides a platform for student recruitment agents to submit applications to any participating university with openings. Where we have 3 user types, Admin (that oversees entire process flow), Agent (that provides students for university) and Provider (in this case, universities) that opens a request / opening. An Opening will be similar to an Undergraduate Intake, open for certain countries, no pax, or for certain fields of study like Accounting , IT etc. Agents can sign up for an account and subscribe to 100 Credits @ USD10, e.g. Provider will sign up for an annual membership / subscriber fee @ USD50 e.g. No payment gateway for now, just manual credits mgmt for Agent, and account activation + expiry date for Provider. Credits are deducted each time agent submits a student application. Provider's account expires when annual membership is up. Both accounts are able to top up - Agent top up credits, Provider renew membership, done manually offline. Backend work completed 50%, but require UI/UX wiring and hooking up the modules. Already have a demo site & UI, but will require improvement.

Hi, In your proposal, you quoted that you have a demo site running. So, can I get to have a look into it? I have some queries that I want you the get clearedfrom you: 1. You have mentioned that there will be 3 user types; Admin, Agent and Provider. So, can you let me know the specific user roles for each type? 2. You mentioned to have subscription for two user types. But you don't want to have payment gateway. So, will it be offline money transfer or wire transfer in site? And will there be tracking feature for this purpose?
