I have API access to YP AU, like you mentioned. You have to use category name or location name in order to get data. For example you will have a form where you can input your query (Category name or Location). Once you press submit upon calculating data data will be exported as CSV. I can just send you to their site and you can purchase the program for $100 (Scrapebox) plus $40 (Yellow pages Plugin) for a lifetime license. This program can also be used to scrape way more than just yellow pages. It can use the exported yellow pages csv and scrape contact emails which is much more useful.
