Hi! You asked for a template of Wordpress. I assume that you know following facts, Shorcuts Search some very good template even on Theamforest. Take a snapshot. Put it inot photoshop, save as html and you will get a great page of your own without pirating anything. The rest is editing and coding and converting this photoshop image to wordpress template. Creativity Be a man and draw a sketch with pencil on paper. Try again and again unless you meet the needs and required look. Put it into photoshop now once again create a photoshoped very good design for/of your own idea, enhance it with the best software ever i.e. photoshop. Now! Here is the point, never save it as an html file in photoshop. Just open up your notepad and start writing your own CSS. When you are done with design convert it into wordpress theme and now is the time of the great ever and lovely PHP creativity. Start writing functionalities according to your needs and requirements and when you are done get your template registered for copyright policies and legal stuff like that. This is how you build templates for themeforest otherwise they don't accept anything, No matter how good you are at designing and CSS. Once I have received your references I will make suggestions from my end and we decide on the designing and the Layout of the website. than I will provide you 3 mock ups of the Homepage initially and then i will move on to the inner pages. Then I will be converting the provided designs into Responsive UI using Twitter Bootstrap so that the website runs flawlessly on all the browsers. Once i have converted all the Web pages into Responsive UI then i will be implementing these into the Latest version of the preferred platform. Then I will be integrating the required functionalities and features that are required for the website.
