Creating a software (steel estimator)

Hello sir give me chance to do that for you I possess 8+ years of experience in HTML, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Javascript, PHP, Oscommerece, social networking project,XML parser and data scraping, MySQL,MS SQL,Access. My level is expert in PHP. I have implemented many apis like paypal (API,pay flow pro,simple paypal, paypal cart),Korta, 2checkout, google map, sms api, contacts, quickbook) and also i have written apis for iphone and android apps in json, xml format. I have also sound experienced of CMS like MODX, Joomla with strong javascript, jQuery and css. i have design responsive design in html5 with jquery.
