Custom PhpFox Social Network

We are looking for a programmer to implement a custom using phpfox: https://www.phpfox.com. HTML and designs have been done and coder will have to implement the custom design for all pages. Coder will be reasonable for ensuring that site is fully upgradable after customization, and must upgrade site to the extent there are upgrades available, during the course of the project. Coder is required to have adequate knowledge of bootstrap, php, html, and responsive design implementation. We'd like to prepare a custom design and will require customization also. There a many out of the box features and other features will need to be customized. We are looking to build a custom social network/dating site built on PHPFox with the following functionalities: (1) search by city, state, country, profession, income, gender, preference ect. (2) international payment gateway using Braintree for monthly payments for premium users (3) email, news feed, who's viewed your profile, and photo uploads (4) matching functions for dating and custom personality questions (5) daily match e-mails sent to subscribers (6) premium, subscriber, and free non-subscriber accounts (7) responsive desktop and mobile functionality (8) job postings for a fee and job searching, and jobs matched to users (9) custom profile pages for individual users and company pages or group pages (10) facebook like news feed for users to see friend updates (11) premium (paid) and free membership (12) Dating pool, for users who opt into dating service, relationship status, ability to hide relationship status for viewing of only users in dating pool (13) custom inbox based on design (14) custom blog feed based on design (15) custom jobs portal (16) custom fund raising portal Most of these features are available out of the box or through plugins. We are looking for bids ONLY for the engineering of the site. We will handle all web designs. All bidders should show similar sites from portfolio.
