The matching proces was realized in few steps. First mach was by exactly name of all data, next app search for match on two fields and one field. Last step of search was to count similarity between data. Whole process was succesfull in almost 96%. I'm sure that this model with some changes could be adapted to your project. I've worked a lot in this space. What format do you need the results in? Into a database? JSON format perhaps? I could even take it a step further and make a program that simply reads these excel documents and displays the results in a nice web page. Let me know...
