I want a product to collate the statistics for four very small recruitment businesses.
I'd like the option to add more businesses easily.
I will want the ability to add users…
4 Types of user.
Admin - You & Me…
Director - Can see everything within an allocated business.
Department Manager - Can see all users within their department.
User - Can only see their own activity within an allocated business.
A Job can be;;
Pending
Live
On-Hold
Archived - disappears off they system
Job Offer Stage
Job Acceptance Stage - this would go towards “Sales"
Started - this would go towards “Invoiced”
Paid - this would go towards "Money recieved”
I’m envisaging looking at each person, department, business by month with the jobs categorised as above. Jobs moving between category.
So we will need a way to follow this through.
So if a job is Invoiced and is used to work out commission and then subsequently “Fails” it needs to appear as a negative in the following month.
We will need to be able to manually enter how much of the deal has been refunded and thus how much comes off the net figure going forward.
We will need to be able to enter a threshold figure i.e. they don’t earn commission until they’ve hit the threshold and then a percentage or increasing percentage depending upon banking.
Each company could have more than one Consultant attached to it so all of the figures will need to be able to be shown individually, by company, and for me only to be able to see a Global “Team 16” position.
Within this I’m going to want to upload internal documents that only internal staff can see.
I want to ability to be able to communicate with some or all.
And somewhere on the site I want to be able to have all the jobs showing from all the companies.
Date Stamps for invoices..
We need three dates..
Invoice Date
Due Date
Receipt Date
This info is going to be crucial for me to;
So I can judge performance for the month
So I can plan Cash-Flow
So I can pay commissions
I have attempted to do this in excel but struggling to link it all together to be honest.
Have a good think through the above and start asking questions…
