Hi, As far as I understand ("core dumps"?) you are running WordPress in a VPS? If so, then the problem might be in a way the WordPress and MySQL is configured in the CentOS OS (as far as I know Inmotion runs only that OS is VPS). Otherwise - are you using their WordPress hosting plan? I could take a look at the server side, I do have a lot of experience supporting WordPress on shared and dedicated (VPS or Cloud) hosting. Also I happen to have a long experience with CentOS (RedHat fork OS) and Ubuntu (Debian fork OS), so I might help pinpoint the root cause of the slowness and crashes. You could IM me with technical details - I do not need passwords nor access, just details of WordPress site and hosting plan - and I'd try to think of something.
