Develop a Woocommerce and LearnDash AddOn Feature

This is a serious project for high profession calibers. It is about developing a new functionality for our WordPress/Shopping Cart Website. We have the website: [login to view URL] which offers Safety Training Courses to individuals as well as to employers. The website issues certificates with the name of the “user” on it. The website is on a WordPress platform and it deploys LearnDash with Woo-commerce to handle the purchase of courses as “Products”. So this project will require that contractors must have adequate knowledge of the following: 1- E-Learning in General 2- LearnDash in Particular as a WordPress Plugin that manages Courses Enrollment and Certification online. 3- Woo-commerce as the WordPress Shopping Cart Plugin that handles selling Learndash-courses as "Products" 4- WordPress of course I am the admin of this website: www.allcnadasafety.com. I will try to explain what the new add-on supposed to do. When a “user” buys a course to take it him-/her- self, there is no problem. That is because they will have to register with their own First and Last Name as Woocommerce requires at the pointy of checking out. The problem lies here: When the “user” is buying the course to be taken by others – eg. An employer is buying multiple courses to be taken by his/her employees, all the certificates will be issued with the name of the person who did the purchase. What we want to implement: We wish that there will be an additional step in the purchase process (may be at the Woo-commerce checkout) to force the “buyer” to ASSIGN a First Name and a Last Name to EACH course. Even if it is only one course. Same thing if the user is buying multiple instances (quantity) of the same course, for more than one person to take the course, there has to be a way to force ASSIGNING a First Name and a Last Name to each instance of the course being purchased. In Other words, we want the buyer to be able to purchase more than one course at once and in the same time enroll others with their info (mainly first name and last name) to any of the course he/she purchased. Let's discuss our requirements more while interviewing your proposal.
