With the project code, an access to Firebase Database would also be required. I have worked on a couple of applications implementing Firebase push notifications. I am confident that I would be ablate deal with that bug with some fiddling and testing. I am a student therefore my rates are low. Time required is more to be on safer side. Your bug would not bother you long. If it is possible, I will be able to squash it.
