build a plugin for wordpress

we need a plugin to manage a fleet of vehicles, and drivers page/tab1 we need to assign driver to vehicle from list and select destination and source depending on google locations (or prefixed locations) (driver- vehicle- from- destination- total distance- duration of trip in hours/days(duration needs to be set manually by our employee after driver returns) start date and time, finish date and time, fuel used) we will first input start time date, only tab2/page 2 we need to have vehicles that are on trip/in use( driver assigned) so when the vehicle returns we need to save the return time and date, cost of trip, revenue generated, so this vehicle will remove from the this list. add/remove driver vehicle list pages list of vehicles/drivers avilable/inuse this plugin need to give stats of vehicles for selected duration ( miles/kms traveled, days used, revenue generated ) stats of driver( no of days on duty, no of vehicles used, miles traveled) data can be exported into excel format please message me for further requirements, thank you
