Build a Website

I need a website that customizes design of a car. You start off with the selection of color swatches and the image of a plain car on the side. As you select the colors, the car image changes to correspond. Thereafter, you can select different parts of the car to alter, for example the spoiler, exhaust, etc. These changes will also be shown when u click. End result, the selection will be submitted and the user should be able to buy this car model. The graphic display is basically PNG images overlaying on top of one another. You need to provide a backend system for the uploading of PNG images into database. The front end selection needs to be conditional. For example, yellow lights cannot go with yellow spoilers, etc. In my mind, I believe this requires Ajax to call on the SQL Database for the images (any potential security issues?). The order to be sent thru PHP.
