Calculate & store tax data using VAT Sense API

I have an e-commerce site that uses Stripe for payments. It will sell digital downloads. Due to EU VAT ( tax) rules, the site needs to store data for VAT reporting. A database table called salestax currently stores the country, currency (code) used and amount paid via the Stripe API. You can see this in the attached png file. The PHP code I desire will use an API from vat sense dot com to find the applicable tax rate for ebooks for the stored country and calculate the correct amount of tax collected on the sale. The following data will be stored in each column. saleDate: date of record creation (purchase) in UK format (DD/MM/YYYY) taxRate: the % rate of tax applied to the sale, retrieved from the API call taxCollected: the amount of tax collected, calculated from the sale price and tax rate. The three columns currently store null values. The provided PHP file demonstrates an API call. The company's documentation seems comprehensive and their email support is pretty fast. Please take a quick look at their site before bidding so you have an idea of what they offer. The SQL file is my current database structure. Given what I've provided, it should be easy for you to see how long this will take. I think this will be a quick and easy job for a developer experienced with PHP, MySQL and APIs. That's why my budget is set so low. Those that clearly haven't read the project description will be rejected. I have posted this before, but had some backend issues. I'm now ready to proceed.
