Hi, I would like to build a webservice that is accessible by scanning a simple QR code. The web service then allows user to enter some data (as per the existing api) including the serial number & type of document and retrieves the document for the one who has accessed the URL. The webservice needs to be simple to use

1. We create a QR code for scanning. 2. After scanning using mobile default QR code scanner, a from open with your required fields. 3. After fillup form and attaching document, customer click on submit and data will submitted on database, (we use base64 encoding and decoding for file upload)
