Convert phpBB 3.0.x forum template to phpBB 3.2.x template

This project consists on converting the template Corvus ( [login to view URL] ) available for phpBB 3.0.x forums onto a validated phpBB 3.2.x template following all the phpBB 3.2.x guidelines and also obeying the look and feel of the original template. Note that the original template to be converted (that will be provided to the awarded designer) is a php based template on phpBB 3.0.x system that needs the RokBB 5.0.4 framework to be installed to work. It is up to the designer/programmer to decide if they want to port the RokBB framework to phpBB 3.2.x or integrate the needed features onto the template but the new template configuration should be as flexible as in the original one. A test/develop environment would be provided with either a running phpBB 3.0.x with the original template running, and also a phpBB 3.2.x board for controlling the progress. Please note that due to some bad experiences in the past only one Milestone (work completely finished) will be available for this project.
