This CRM Database needs to built in Microsoft Excel. It will be a specific application that xbrl data will need to be imported into and converted into a usable format that is easy to understand and easily usable. It will contain name address telephone number, customer number contact names such as managing directors, company directors. web links and financial data. The excel application will need to look professional and be easy to use. Users will need to schedule call backs and appointments and take notes from telephone calls and emails. Users may also click an email address to launch their email, so they can send an email directly. All history will need to be stored. There will also be a need to convert a persons and the companies name into a number, with each letter representing a numerical value. These numerical values then need to be added as a sum and displayed in a special field within the main contact page.
