develop orders and inventory system for online store

Hello there, we have online stores with Magento platform and we have problems with manage the inventory and orders system what we do now is: when we receive an order we create the invoice from the admin panel then send the invoice by WhatsApp to the inventory employees then they collect the products and send the order to the Shipping company the problem is after the collect the orders sometimes they forget a product or send a wrong product because there is no system in there to confirm the products. we don't use any barcode system what we want is: build a system to the inventory. with this steps the customer place the order Customer services confirm the order and create the invoice by the admin panel. then automatically the order sent to the inventory system. then they print the invoice and collect the product and confirm it by scanning the barcode of the product and the system will say if the product is right or wrong. the system will not apply to confirm the order if there are any product didn't enter to the system by scan it. also by the system, we can update the inventory quantity. So in the site will update also. this is a short description of our project. thank you.
