Google Maps API real estate site

I want to build a real estate listings web site, using google maps API. The web site is to be used for listing properties that are for rent and for sale. Similar web sites that would like to clone are similar propsmart dot com, streeteasy dot com, and citycribs dot com. * Data Source * 1. The property listings are to be entered manually by the advertiser. One or more listings can be entered by the user. 2. Spiders that can read meta data from other real estate sites. 3. Manually entered by system admin. The website will need to support the following: * Users Types * 1. Property seekers. 2. Filters (Hide/Expandable) •Metro stops •School Locations (have a user initiated checker to find out which school the property belongs to when the property is first listed ???) •School Zones/District (elementary, middle, high school) •Search properties within a school zone/district •University/Colleges •Military Base Locations •Shopping centers (with food supermarket) ??? * Administration Tools * -> Provide necessary tools to manage the site for data content updates, data base updates, and performance/traffic tracking. I do not care if you clone this from other similar site(s) or develop from the beginning or a combination of both. The important thing is the code has to be well structured/developed (not hacked together), efficient, and can easily be expanded and modified.
