I will fix this problem by analyzing the query log from wordpress and mysql server then find which plugin produced that query. I will also fix that plugin if that is consider a quick fix (not refactoring the plugin). Its really terrible thing, 85% of cpu use with have 4 cpu and with just this number of rows. I like to see the things on your system , if you comfortable you can share your system in teamviewer or in anydesk. I want to see them. Basically this happens with some big loop in cron or having not appropriate sql queries. Good thing is, This can be solved. Ping me for discussion. Thanks & best regards.
