### Project name : Hospitality and Paging Services ### # The program language is PHP , Laravel On IIS 7.0 & Ajax. #This script will run under web server. # responsive design work with (PC - phone - tablet). # Clear Code and sample to understand . # The project Time one week from the start programming to end. # Explanation of the project: * The main idea of this project connecting between office employees and workers ( kitchen). * The project will use touch screen ( Tablet ) * There is categories icons (images) in first page (Drinks - Foods ..etc ) if any employ press drink for example the drink items icons appear like (Tea - coffee ..etc) each item has image or default image if there is no image add to this item . when employee press any item it will add to items list then when click confirm , the order send to kitchen with items list and office details like office number which employee ..etc under waiting status . when worker in kitchen accept the order, the order status will change from waiting into "on the way" when worker finish and delivered the order he will check box order [login to view URL] order status change into delivered. * if worker cancel the order this notification send to employee with causes. (admin enable or disable this option). * if employee cancel the order the notification send to worker status canceled with red flash text and buzzer (admin enable or disable this option). * multi-language (Arabic & English & hindi ordo) note : just do English language file and we will translated. * RTL & LTR Direction ( Right to left direction & left to right direction ) * Control panel. * users profile. * add unlimited users (add - edit - delete - block - search filter & autocomplete - make user as admin or moderator - worker- employee) and privilege like which users can access categories & items. * The administrator can enable or disable the login system feature for registered users through the control panel. * edit script name and upload logo with ajax. * The administrator can enable or disable the notification buzzer. *The administrator only who can add users. * Add unlimited number of category (Drinks - Foods ..etc ) * Add unlimited number of items (Tea - coffee..cupcake etc ) * Add unlimited number of offices. *add unlimited number of employee under offices (name - Id number - picture ( no picture logo is default - section (department) - office number). * Each office details ( number - name - section - employee - floor or address ) . * Add unlimited number of workers ( kitchen side ). * workers only accepted the orders and click order finish when order delivered done. * it will appear to the admin and user who request the order the status of it like ( waiting - on the way - canceled ) * manager office can call workers or supervisor employee or any office employee to come to his office with buzzer sound and notification message. * Search for items ( filter + autocomplete). * category page list and items page list use propagation system (first- next -123456- previous- last ). * When add new category or item this will appear as new on users order screen. * In employee menu Favorite order list & last order. * Order list must have quantity of selected items. items can increase by click item icon or normal button. also you can decrease after selected items in the items list. * statics chart like : - workers activity such as deliver time (daily - weekly - monthly - annually) . - numbers of order (daily - weekly - monthly - annually) . - Items most ordered. - employee ordered (daily - weekly - monthly - annually) . - employee most ordered (daily - weekly - monthly - annually) . - all orders (daily - weekly - monthly - annually) . - items storage status ( less or finish ) also send notification to admin to inform him.
