Magento extension developer & designer needed

I need a magento expert to do the following listed 13 tasks. Please read it carefully as this is not only designing magento task, it requires magento extension development skills. Magento Detailed work specifications 1. Install Magento in 1st domain 2. Upload and install a theme provided by me. (Theme 1) which is designed by ( cmsmart, please check there website if requitred) [login to view URL] I have all the source code and design files. 3. Make the theme working for the 1st website. Make sure all the blocks and designing layout is according to the theme designer instructions) 4. Make sure the login page has our logo and also the facility to login with facebook, twitter, Instagram , pinterest, google and Microsoft login details. you have to make apps for that . 5. Now Install few free modules a. Import & export bulk products & categories module b. Admin product images while editing products or categories c. Social integration (facebook, twitter, pinterest, Instagram, you tube etc) d. Seo e. Wholesale price module. So, when customer comes to the site, they cannot see prices without logging in. f. Mail chimp module. 6. Now create the categories in magneto. 7. Now import all the products via the csv file to be provided by me. 8. Now create another website with (2nd [login to view URL]) but as a multisite, so both sites data should be managed from one admin 9. Create store and store view for the 2nd domain. 10. Use the same theme or if needed install the same theme again and redesign that theme to make it look different than 1st domain. (I have theme as to install on 5 domains and I have psd of the theme to change it. So, don’t worry about the design) 11. Structure the pricing of the product through discount method so, if a product shows on 1st domain for example: £150 , same product should show £195 on 2nd domain and there is no login requirements for the 2nd domain. It will be open to view by public. 12. Make vtiger module to sync with the magento. 13. Designing various graphic banners alongside while setting up both shops to suit the business style.
