multiplayer UNO game including website

i need a multi player UNO game on web. the site functionality should be simillar to [login to view URL], game UI should be flash and regarding game rules i am attaching the document and some of the requirements are. 1. Card design and coloring as in attachment. 2. Time limit for discarding or picking the card as limit of 30 secs. 3. Extra time is given to him/her as a total of 60 secs for the entire game. (This can be seen in "[login to view URL]"). 4. At the time of the last card, he/she must yell "UNO", SO a Button must be generated naming "UNO" with time count as 10, but each count must be equal to "1/3 sec". 5. The "UNO" button must be available at the time as in the [login to view URL]" that you can find out in that site. i.e. if he /she have two cards with a card that can be discarded. And the time must be started if he/she forgets to hit the "UNO" button before discarding the card and he/she has only single card. 6. At the time of last card, i.e. when the timer started, the other users will also get the permission to hit the "UNO" button. If the other users hit it, then he/she gets two additional cards from the closed deck. 7. The background color must be changed according to the card that is discarded. 8. If a wild card is discarded, then the user must declare a color and then the color of the background must be changed. 9. The dealer is the computer. 10. Always the user must be at his side in the game for easy viewing. 11. Toss can be done with all the cards except wild card and wild draw four card and red....1st preference green....2nd preference blue....3rd preference yellow....final preference Example: 4 players All got the same colors then the preference applies otherwise the face value of the card applies. At first the face value of the card applies and then the color applies. This is for toss only.
