We need a fully working Ethereum based Blockchain API where it can do some tasks using a Smart contract

Publish an API to store data on the Ethereum platform in a JSON format Ability to hash one or more data attributes with one way hashing algorithm Ability to sign the transaction using a ethereum based key Ability to encrypt the input data using keys specific to the user who is accessing the data Publish an API to read data from Ethereum platform and based on the permissions for a given user we should show only the data which he/she is entitled to see Ethereum platform should be based on geth/partity with Proof of Authority (not Proof of work) as the consensus algorithm Deliverables: Ethereum based platform on a container image with instructions to get the services up and running Sample smart contracts with the above functionality
