Need a software team to develop a Lead Distribution Software

We wish to develop a system where we (a marketing company that generates and creates business leads) can input, distribute, and track the leads we generate. Ex: • input them into the system • track to who they are sent • allow the admin to manually add available credit to the client’s account (the system will NOT be integrated with merchant account features) • automatically deduct the lead’s cost from the client’s account balance • track how many times they may be sold vs many times they may be sold • allow the clients to each log into their own unique portal, where they can see their active campaigns, what leads they’ve received • allow client’s to pause or stop their campaigns at any time. Any changes will alerted the Admin immediately and automatically • allow client’s to make changes to daily limits and/or target geography.
