I'm looking for someone to code a telegram bot that can scrape user id's from different groups and then auto invite those same people to a new group. The job is to basically create a software that is like telegramauto but one that actually works. More details will be sent to bidders.

Hello I am quite skilled in Bot API and CLI. So i can combine there two. There is one problem though; CLI accounts would be reported. Do you have any soultion for it? I have much experience and you surely know that you cant invite anyone through Bot API. Bot API is proper for gathering information; but for this case, CLI Bot is better. Anyway inviting to a group should be done by a CLI Bot, not a Bot API. Please send me a message to discuss the details. Thank you for your valuable time & consideration. Regards
