PORTAL - Data entry and sales management

Commercial accelerator Tool is a sales and kpi management tool on a Portal I can set up companies and under those companies they can add salespeople and details about opportunities. Currently run on spreadsheets and Dropbox. I want to enhance this to web based portal The system captures, tracks, suggests and drives actions The System has three Actors: User (sales person – whos job it is to enter all data and dates and ensure sticking to them Admin (sales manager – whos job it is to monitor performance of data and dates against kpi’s System Admin – general System admin who will do the one time set and configuration per client. Will be able to change graphics, data fields, create Users The system is cloud/web browser centric with the ability to update, manage and perform alerts and escalations through a web portal • Capturing deal data • Tracking deals • Tracking actions – linked to the deals • Rules based tracking and alerts to warn Admin and User when key dates are approaching and what the actions are associated with the key dates • Should be able to export data to excel System security Must have user password logon and enforcement with expire dates. Capability to do simple license management The system must be able to handle the setup of Multiple Client (Companies) instances that can be seen and managed by the administrator(Owner) I have more detailed spec and example spreadsheets
