Problema al crear subdominos en cpanel, no resuelven IP, (no es tema de Zona DNS)

Buenas. Tengo un Hosting con Cpanel, Ilimitado. Tengo el problema que al crear un sub dominio no resuelve IPv4. Antes podia crear los subdominios que quisiera no tenia problemas, funcionaban al instante. Tal vez sea un tema de configuracion. Ya eh configurado los nombres DNS, (A) apuntando al servidor pero tampoco funciona. Por favor, poner presupuesto real, cuanto me saldria arreglar el problema. (No es tema de propagacion de DNS, ya espere como 4 dias sin que resuelvan ip los subdominios. el dominio principal funciona bien, resuelve todo bien)

Where is your domain registered and from where you are managing the DNS records for your domain/subdomain. I mean Are you using registrar's nameservers (Default nameservers) or you had created your own nameservers and managing DNS for your domain/subdomains.
