We have a VPS, our app backend is on one of the cPanel inside this VPS, our backend built on Laravel/Restful APIs/MySQL. We have bitbucket for code and I have the admin on it. my question is the follow, I am the owner of the app, and I have a backend developer who also have the ROOT access for the VPS and push the code when we have updates, recently, I become concerned about his work, and some small changes on code that sometimes he's not paying attention. I decide to bring someone else to take all stuff and give him a small role to edit the production. but we should control this so he never mess up the code. so, can someone gives me steps what to do?
