Repost: App for Displaying Street Information for the drivers

Objective of the app: to display the street information for the vehicle drivers. The Backend Application: An operator selects a street path on a google map (from a start point to an end point). He then can enter the street information such as the street name and road work. The pathway points together with the street information are stores in the dB. Mobile App for the driver: The app displays the following: 1- your location on the map 2- street information entered by the operator at the backend. 3- car current speed 4- date and time Other features: 1- android only (for now) 2- english + arabic language 3- modern design 4- login for Operators with 2-factor authentication (OTP). 5- secure and reliable database. 6. We should avoid using the chargeable services and apis as much as possible. 7. Data exchange between the server and app should be minimal. Admin: 1- create/edit/delete accounts of the operators. 2- reset operators passwords. 3. The admin access using 2-factor authentication (OTP) The work includes extensive testing, bug fixing, and deploying the apps on the app stores. Required Developers Experience: Developers must be expert in google maps and api. He/she needs to send his/her own similar work in Google mapping apps. He/she needs to follow best practices in software development. The code must be well-organized for easy updates and debugging. He/she must be expert in backend and Android mobile development. He/she must speak excellent English.
