We need a web based delivery app will work this way : The agent will take the call from the customer and look-up using the customer's phone number, if it exist, the customer information will appear and then the agent will press order to redirect to the ordering screen. if not exist, it will redirect him to enter the customer information and then the ordering screen. The ordering screen should have all the menu items, so the agent can place the order from it with the order total. and then the agent will select the restaurant's branch to send the order to it. each branch must see his orders only , and the orders includes order status so he can edit it , so the agent in the call center can see the order status in the branch

Hi I have a strong background in database development and then creating user interfaces that access the data and update certain fields in the data The last project that I did like this was for an insurance call center - it normally had over 60 agents on duty at a time, was servicing 180 insurance companies, with from 6,500 clients to 480,000 clients belonging to each company. That was a good challenge and all data was in and screens were working within 3 weeks and all final modifications were completed and an "agent instruction manual" written within another week This project will happen quicker than that because you probably do not have over 5 million menu items to capture There will need to be 3 levels of user: 1) Supervisor [to add/edit menu items, prices, users] 2) Agent [to look up existing client or add new client, add new order and add items to the order] 3) Store Personnel [to see only orders for that store and mark order as sent once it is complete]
