Hello, I have some experience creating ruby web scrappers. Would probably use nokogiri + some DB, probably MySQL or PostgreeSQL. I need to know if there are some caveats, for example does the webpages need authentication? Does the values come from js or plain HTML? Would like for a detailed description if possible.

I don't have experience with PHP or Ruby on rails, but I can build this app using nodejs or python quiet easily, I guess it makes no difference for you. Contact me if you're interested to discuss technical details. Looking forward to our collaboration.
