I am currently streaming HLS for Desktops and IOS devices..... need help with setting up RTSP stream as fall back for android devices.... Can use wowza if needed..... Currently use Flash LIve Encoder to send three streams to cover most devices, 500k 1000k and 2000k for mobile, tablets, and desktops... want to send a single 500k RTSP stream for androids HLS is already live and streaming
