t-shirt design website

I need a site built that will be similar to [login to view URL] and also have the design tool that is attached in this link ([login to view URL]) (Example: site similar to [login to view URL] as far as the tools to build a t-shirt or design a t-shirt. It should also have a second part of the program just for college apparel that you use same idea as custom ink but just to put the greek letters and fabrics, but you would see it on the actual shirt that you select as apposed to the link attached that builds the letters but you can't see them on the shirt you select. I also need it to have a e-commerce site to sell other t-shirts that shirts that I post weekly or monthly. I need my customers to have the ability to put their ideas on to a t shirt or accessory and be able to see it from their computer and manipulate the fonts and art from their computer (to include a large clip art and vector database to grab from). I am looking for a sleek design that is visually attractive. The site should have the ability to take information for the order and e-mail me with clients order and information of what they need on order entry. I need it to also have storage for information as far as user login and passwords and a way for me to select the information and create e-mail list for flyers. On the buttons I would like design your t-shirt or item and that would open a design tool similar to this link that client can take a shirt and add text and art from database of clip art and select print colors and go to print. An other button would be for a design tool that would be essentially the same, but it would only be for greek apparel like [login to view URL] but that you actually see the letters on the actual t-shirt or item that you select with the pattern, stitch color and background fabric viewed on the shirt. An other button would be for an e-commerce part that I can put custom designs of apparel (t-shirts etc.) that are for sale. All the buttons would have to have a cart to place order and confirmation of items and also credit card payment information.
