Simple Database in Google Sheets from Flat Spreadsheet File

I am a volunteer track coach at a local high school. I do not get paid, so I have a micro-budget for this project. It's for kids. I am looking for a decent database developer. I don't see how this is more than an hour's worth of work... I have data on a spreadsheet in Google sheets. Records are created manually as a spreadsheet row for each time an athlete attempts a 40-yad spring. These are just records and fields and a few simple subtraction calculation fields. I am training some school athletes to run faster 40-yard dashes. The spreadsheet is a list of each effort and the times the kids run, as captured on video with a running timecode. There are raw times entered from the timecode....a 0-meter mark time (start,) a mark at approx 30-meters, and a 40-yard mark (finish time.) With two subtraction calculations, I show a field for 40-yard dash, and also for the final 10 meters of the same run, which is a way to measure the athlete reaching top speed. I have the records divided into two sheets: boys and girls, but this may not be necessary--there is a male/female field in each record. All I am trying to do is to have the following new views or layouts created: 1. a view to create or input each effort--name, 0m start time, 30m time, 40y time. The subtraction for the times is calculated from my inputs. 2. a "dashboard" look at the top ten lists for boys 40y, top ten girls 40y , top freshman boys 40y, girls 40y, and same for 10m time. 3. Time permitting: if it is easy enough, perhaps some top ten list of most improved times or recent improvements (calculate using dates field.) --this is only if the above is done easily--not a necessity. That's all I need....otherwise, I am merely looking at one long table which keeps getting longer! I know it's not paying much money, but you are helping kids on a high school track team. Again, I do not get paid....I am offering just the minimum pay. I thank you in advance.
