Greetings fellow, Getting blacklisted using default configurations of whm/cpanel is very common, most of my regional clients contacted me because of this, the solution isn't just a magical solution but an integral one, I mean you can be banned because you have an open relationship server, or some will ban your ip because you don't have the reverse dns properly configured, or you msy have an internal bot doing spam. so i will recommend you to let me help you analyse your server situation with scanners and so to detect what could be the error(s) that get you ban in the first place, contact me if you have further questions, regards

Yeah this is a common problem with VPS's and RBL. What happens is horse shoe BLOCK LIST then they block your server because your neighbours on IP addresses next to you miss behaves. They only long term solution is to change your server to use another SMART relay to send mail only. Incoming is not affected. This will be an ongoing problem with VPS. Hope this helps ;-)
