TXT File conversion to DB readable file and upload systeam

I have 15+ years experience in php / mysql. parsing data from external sources is what i do best, i use regular expressions to quickly parse the data. I have done similar works in the past even with formats that were not text based but binary. If there is no unexpected problem it can be finished in one day max What i dont understand is why you mention ZF1 the code i will produce will run on every framework, or standalone.

I will do it if I can use JavaScript(nodejs) or Python. And also it's just possible to do in 2 day when the file is not to complicated! I already did something like that in a big way at my company so I think it would be no problem if I can parse the file easy. Also if the file is to big php will crash so I think if you have much data php is not the correct way, also php is much slower.
