Update php/mysqli procedural script to php/mysqli prepared statements

I require a php mysqli registration, forgot password and submit scores script to be updated to mysqli prepared statements. I’ve included the minimum code required for the job. Once it’s completed I can convert the rest (login and update password scripts) myself . I also require the password to use a salt in addition to the hash algorithm. I've managed to include a salt during registration but have struggled on getting the data back to flash on login. Eh... that's another story. If you complete this job and also know flash we can discuss that part later. So maybe just leave the salt if it's going to be complicated implementing it with as3. Right now I just need prepared statements. Also, am not sure if the email variable requires a sanitise function or whether using prepared statements is enough. I’ll leave that up to you. Either way I need a decent amount of security. Please note I need to retain the error strings in the php as they are called by my flash air application. If they need to be written differently then please do so in a form that I can easily include in my actionscript. I figure this would take an experience php/mysqli coder way less than an hour to complete. I would learn myself as in the past but I just don’t have the time right now.
