Use Gmail API to open emails, read, delete, etc.

Please read this entire post before bidding! Only bid on this project if you have created programs using the Gmail API before. [login to view URL] I will give finer details later but here are the major points. If you can handle the major points, most of the project is finished. Background: I have a Gmail box that has many different emails forwarded into it from many different domains. For example, abc@[login to view URL], xyz@[login to view URL], etc. All of these are forwarded into this gmail box. How do I know which email address it was sent to? Simple, I created a rule to apply a label to each different email. I can see the label in the inbox or click the label on the side menu. Here's what I need to do: -Access my gmail account and for each email (label), open the emails so the contents are "read". -Most emails be deleted depending on words in the subject. -Each email must be opened with a specific IP (proxy IP & port). The proxy will not require authentication. I will run the program from a machine with an approved IP for the proxy. I can create a list of emails and IPs in a flat file, google doc, google sheet, whichever you prefer. That way you can access each email's content with the correct IP/port. I need to be able to run the program on a windows machine (or I might schedule it to run automatically). The API supports python, javascript, many languages. I prefer that you use javascript but any supported language that runs on windows is fine. If you bid on this project, please tell me which language you plan to use. Also, do not open chat when bidding. I would like your bid to include your experience with Gmail API and the details on how you plan to attack this project. If I'm interested, I will open chat with you. I have researched using a proxy and labels and these are all doable with the API if you have experience.
