I want one PHP user files management site

I want on php site which have following functions. 1. I want login page, signup Page and forget password page. 2. On login Page - Username and Password field and submit button. 3. On Sign Up page - Username (it is only to check whether this username exist in db or not, No new username should register from this page.) and password, Mobile Number (these two fileds insert data into database on according to predefined username) 5. On forget password page - Username and mobile no. field with submit [login to view URL] page without any operations. 6. Now in databse i want three fields Username,Password,Mobile no. 7. When user upload any folder by using ftp then put that folder name into database under username field. 8. In password and mo.no. field insert value from sign up form. 9. Now, after login by using its username and password user can see only his ftp uploaded folder and data in it. I have one Console project which is able to create folder on cloud by using ftp details and put that folder name as client machine name/ PC-Name on ftp, so i want to make one file manager for user who can access their files from cloud by using his machine name/PC-name as username and only access his uploaded data.
