Web based eBay API / Amazon API listing sync software tool

We are seeking the creation of a web based tool to be hosted on our servers. The look and design of this tool is not important. Functionality listed below. Scrap Amazon regions for listing data. Scrap is defined by two inputs: 1. A list of ASIN’s (we will provide) OR (can be both / mixture) 2. A specific browse node (or multiple) and range of results (Node 1234567, results 1-300) Input 1 can be uploaded into tool via csv file. Input 2 can be selected on screen using drop downs. Able to select Amazon region (UK, DE, ES, FR) for scrap. The following fields are to be scraped: Price Fulfillment type (Amazon FBA True/False, via Advertising or repricer API xml) Title Image Description Bullet points Size Colour Child or Parent Amazon category path ASIN Return a csv file in a simple fixed header name format. Capture this data also to the Web based tool, so that all data is visible on screen. After first scrap (one time), Regularly scan Amazon for only changes to Price and Amazon Fulfilled. If Amazon fulfilled moves from True to False, listing must be written a 0 stock quantity. Pricing value is possible to be manipulated by simple math formulas. (i.e. PRICE +2 *0.3) Web based tool allows for / present data for: On screen data presentation from Amazon scrap Last time updated price Last time ebay listing updated Date listed Stock status / listed status Altering math formula for price (has default formula applied, but can be SKU-specific altered) eBay listing ID (hyperlinked) Amazon list ASIN (hyperlinked) Regional association (UK - UK, UK - DE ,etc, between eBay and Amazon) Web based tool allows ASIN to be pushed to eBay as new listing. eBay connection to be done via API integration, NOT File Exchange. Web based tool allows for listing to be listed to different eBay locations (UK, DE, ES, FR). Amazon UK listing CAN be used to sync / control eBay DE listing. Web based tool scans eBay for orders regularly. Where order is placed, tool will then identify the corresponding Amazon ASIN and will automatically ‘purchase’ the item on Amazon. Tool will ALWAYS select ‘purchase as gift’. Tool will use eBay order details to populate Amazon order fields. Once order is confirmed on Amazon, eBay order it then updated as shipped. As mentioned, the design of this tool is not important. No tiered user login needed. Functionality is important only (Scrap Amazon using webservices API, list/sync/update eBay listings using API, place orders on Amazon Advertising API, update eBay orders via API).
