A website copy

I need a website like this: [login to view URL] but more simple: Only in english and without register / login. Just a panel to do the transation: so the user only: 1 - inform the secret key + value origin (origin) + public key destination (destination). my app: (realtime) - in case of seller (buy using my acounts > if have available amount) - in case of buyer (sell from my acounts > if have available amount) I need all the code to be done in PHP (without using frameworks), but the developer can use POO and MVC. I need a configuration file where I write the link where each quotation comes (for purchase and sale) and my% (buy and sell) in each transaction. In each transaction, my percentage goes automatically to my wallet and the remaining value to the wallet informed by the client. For this part, just a config file, don't demand a webpanel with interface. Anyone who knows how to develop the solution with only a small amount of coins can inform me the partial budget (ex: just bitcoin and monero), but I preffer all coins on this example website.
